Brazilian amateur captain say hellow and ask for help

Dear Neptune Friends
I am an amateur captain in Brazil and very honored to be here with all of you.
I would like to learn how to use my Garmin GPS Sumit E-Treck together with my notebook (Windows 7 - 64b). Iīve installed the soft SeaClear but it could not connect to the GPS or carry the charts "KAP", provided by the Brazilian Navy.
SeaClear manual mention a tool called "MapCal" but i didn't find it. Garmin's support does not help when it comes to the strange brand of products.
Could someone help this "techno-stupid" old sailor?
Best Regards
