Greetings from the Rappahannock!

Greetings all. New to posting here. Built a CLC Mill Creek 16.5 sailing kayak a few years back. My kids have been sailing for the last seven years or so. The wife and I have been picking up knowledge, skills and preferences during that time, and finally bit the bullet and bought a big old Beneteau this season. Nothing grandiose planned for the immediate future, just tooling around the lower Chesepeake and working on our technique before we undertake anything more ambitious.

Meanwhile I've already begun digesting things on these forums and others, much of which I found quite helpful during the shopping, surveying and purchase process.

Welcome to sailnet, great place to hang out and get questions answered by a good group of people. Ask all the questions you have and think up some more.
