IamPhantom is on a distinguished road
Hello From Southern California

Hi there, I found this place on a google search and it seems like a pretty active community. I came hear because I had some questions as a beginning sailor. I first went sailing on my friends boat which he said was 32' waterline. I fell in love and this year at summer camp I learned how to sail a lido 14, one of the best experiences of my life. My grandpa just agreed to let me have his old sabot and I am going to refurbish it the week of the 19th with my friend. I will make a thread about that later, but i digress, I am glad to be here, it seems like this forum holds a wealth of knowledge .

Glad to have you with us...

Lido 14s are fun boats, the Sabot will require you to scrunch up a bit...

Does your Sabot have a leeboard or a centerboard?
