Wink Novice Femail Sailor

Hello All,
I am also new to this forum and a novice sailor. I have sailed a 16ft Hobie Cat for about 6 months, but want to learn to sail something bigger. I have been sailing with friends but they do not want me to work on the boat, they want me to have fun. Well I want to learn so I can have the crusiing lifestyle when I retire. I sailed on a 36 ft Catamaran and got to work a little steering and jibing and loved it! I am totally hooked! Anyway I am looking to crew up and learn with a licensed and well known Captain. I do not smoke or use drugs, ever. and I work for the government. I am prior military and have traveled the land, now it's time to travel by sea! I live in Corpus Christi on Padre Island. Please contact me with any information. leliu5th@gimail.af.mil.
