Talking Hey everyone! :)

Hello all,

I been sailing through sailnet threads and posts for 6 months and reading articles that was offered here on sailnet, and finally decided to join you all onn this wonderful cruise!

Just so everyone would know I am new to sailing, I been on many sailing cruises with many people who offered me the experience, but never did like it. However one day I was offered to sail a catamaran and after the experience the only thing I could say is "My deep passion". Sailing catamarans is what I got obsessed with and it's an obsession worthy of my time!

I am seriously in love with sailing catamarans and for anyone who's wondering the first Catamaran I experienced is Ducky 19 and experienced several since then.

Now I could say I am ready to get my license and sail on my own! My obssesion got to a point where I want to live on a catamaran rather then rent an apartment or buy one!

Thats all for now lol talked to much or maybe I am just excited lol.

Regards all
Chaoticlust

P.S Thank you all for your efforts and posts really was useful to me ( other than the flaming ) lol

New to Sailnet, and new to little cruiser sailing

Hi everyone;
I've been sailing for about 6 years, started in a little dingy, then a hobie 18 about 5 years ago.
This summer, my brother-in-law and I bought a san juan 24, and we've had a lot of fun in the last month.
I've been sailing a few long weekends on 40'-50' boats, but am really starting to learn now how little I know.
Looking forward to hopefully not learning everything the expensive way.
cheers
