I am back...

Signed up more than a year ago. Got invaluable advice to learn sailing first and come to the forum later... Followed it. Done some coastal cruising since and weathered my first storm last winter. Do not feel like an idiot here anymore and consider myself highly experienced since now I can tell apart mainsail and jib...
Thinking of doing some bluewater sailing next summer and am ready to receive another portion of wisdom from local experts.
Sail in South Cali from Channel Islands harbor. I do not have my own boat and do charter. I am open to crew for daysails and short races from Channel Islands or Ventura harbors.
