Sailing Pittsburgh?!?

Hi all!

I'm getting back into sailing after 10 years away. I had a Cal 25 in Los Angeles then - much better neighborhood for sailing than the 'Burgh. If you did survive the river currents around here, the barges would get you eventually! Anyway, just bought an old Catlina 30 down in North Carolina and will likely be moving it to the Baltimore area in the spring. I'm planning two seasons to sharpen skills, then it's full time cruising the Atlantic coast. My daughter lives in Portland, ME, my son lives near Highlands, NJ, and my Brother is in the Daytona Beach area. How better to keep in touch with family?!?

I'm herre to learn, share when I can, and generally converse with the sailing community. For now, I'd like any reccomendations for a marina in the Baltimore area that will accomodate a part time liveaboard do-it-yourselfer with a froofy little white dog.

BTW... I know Erie is closer. I have a niece there. (Family gets around) The last boat I looked at in Erie had a snowplow on it.
