sell it all and go sailing

Hello All,

Hoping to take a break from Toronto for a couple of years (maybe more).

Going to sell it all, buy a sail cruiser, and head for the Carib and islands unknown.

Thanks to Sailnet for the continuous wealth of insight and knowledge that I hope to ply on my travels.

I have not purchased my boat yet, but I may hold off and look to see what the happens with the used boat market.
