Hello All -

I understand the proper protocol around here is to introduce yourself. Sounds sensible.

My name is Alex Monem. I am a lawyer in Toronto, Ontario. I have done a fair bit of board sailing, but very little boat sailing. I plan on changing that now.

In the 3 days since I have discovered this forum, I have already learned a great deal - most importantly, that you have a wonderful little community here with some very deep knowledge and good people.

I look forward to being part of it.
