SV Drakus Says Hello

I'm Doug and my wife is Anne. When I was a boy my dad bought a Klepper boat rigged with lee boards and a sloop. At about 58 Anne and I bought Drakus. Well, it's been a real learning experience to buy a 35 year old boat and then come face to face with reality. My first post was on "pictures of your boat on the hard". But I hadn't realized the 10 post requirement to get pics to show. So in the next moments I'll be throwing out some posts to get to the magic 10.
Bye for now, Doug

Welcome to the asylum!
The 'song chain' in 'off topic' works well for getting to 10

As does the Two Word thread.

Welcome.

BTW, that is one hell of a boat you have.
How did you get her out of the mud?
Did she refloat herself when the waters returned?
