newbie - Looking for ideas to sail in NY/NJ/CT/Chesapeake next week

novice sailor here - had some ASA courses but no sailing for a few years.
looking to gain more experience. looking for good opportunities to sail for a few days next week - open to any suggestsions - volunteer crew or good (not too expensive) paid opportunities for building my open water experience.
for instance - would love to find a good deal for sailing with experienced folks on a charter in chesapeake bay, to see some of the sights there... perfect vessel would be something in the 26'-37' range... maybe a 3-4 day trip with some overnight docking in marinas?

also - for anyone witnin an hour or so of NYC - i'm looking for chances to get on the water for day sails any weekend this summer - will be glad to help out on the boat and at the dock in in exchange for sailing w you. can also contribute to "boat fund" within reason.

thanks!
