Hi all, My name is Jane,I live on the Greek island of Cyprus I am about to purchase a 41' houseboat moored in Key Largo and I was hoping to find someone who also has a live aboard boat in the keys that could advise me about:- what the going weekly rate is if I were to rent to holiday makers (The boat sleeps 6)and also is there a property management company for boats? since I live out of the U.S.A and will only be using the boat myself 2 or 3 times a year I will need someone to take care and manage the boat.

hello Jane,

it seems u have an exciting project on your hands
there are many folks in that area that have entered the business of chartering
so there should be so many contacts for u to start to explore
as you know, the US economy, especially in some places like Florida is in dire condition so what may have been an 'easy' business years ago now is replete with competitors

I would love to hear more about your boat & plans
perhaps post a photos of the vessel too
