Question model for a brand new luxury yacht club

Hi,
I am new here but a veteran of the yacht industry as a travel writer.

I am now being asked to be the owners rep for a new yacht club in the West Indies. I am looking to develop a composite body of information about how the best ones are structured. I am interested in fees and services, membership requirements anything at all that pertains to a quality yacht club.

If you can help me put this top down view together, I promise you an invitation to the grand opening in three years! many thanks for your help, Brooke

Try checking out the website for the Southwestern Yacht Club in Shelter Island, San Diego, California.
