Hi from mile 525 texas coast!

Like the title says,"hi from texas!"I'm not new to boats, just SAILboats. My wife and I just purchased our fist sailboat(a starwind 19)and can't wait to take her out.She needs a little work(the boat, definately not the wife who is looking over my shoulder) but we should be able to take a shakedown run soon.Great site and I look forward to reading your post and learning all I can. Thnks,Bo

Welcome Bo (your wife too). Where will you be sailing your Starwind? We're down by Kemah.

Thanks for the warm welcome! We'll be sailing Aransas Bay and beyond when we get comfortable with the boat.Your avatar looks like you are right off Exxon,Baytown.I'm a towboat captain and I see that place frequently.Happy sailing!
