Newbie - wannabe

My wife and I are looking for a trailerable sailboat. It will be our first. We live in southern Utah. The lakes are small - except for Powell. We want to find a small boat, but one we can camp in (sleep 2 to 4).

So, we are thinking that the Potter 19 would fill the bill.

What would you recommend?
