At Last

I have been a lurker on the site for a while and now my new baby is coming so I feel I should join in. It is a C&C 34 ( not what you were thinking), and it will be based in Point Roberts. WA. I will be cruising the San Juans & Gulf islands to begin with, and who knows where in the future. Relatively new to sailing as I have always been a diver so had to have power, but I am really looking forward to more peaceful means of getting out there, or is that wishful thinking?

It depends on when you sail. It can be peaceful, boring, noisy in the Summer due to lack of wind or down right scary around this time of year if ya get caught out in one of those Gales that NOAA sometimes misses. Welcome to my backyard...
