fido's boat shopping

hello I'm looking at a 27 foot swing keel oday, she is currently sitting in salt water but will be moved to fresh water. Is this a problem. It is powered by a westetbeke diesel comments and views would be great, I don't know much about the oday lines, I now sail a 25 foot macgreagor swing keel 800 lbs of keel it sail fast 7 to 8 knots and handles winds up to 15 to 20 knots with out reefing, how does the o day compare

Hey fido, welcome to SN dude. You might want to ask this same question over in the Boat Review/Purchase thread.
