Spent too long in the mountains

Hi,

My name is Colin and I've lived up and down the East Coast (Brazil, Vermont, Maine, North Carolina, Virginia, Michigan, Virginia, and Maine -- in that order!) My dad caught the boat building & sailing bugs before I was born despite being from Pittsburgh. I grew up up sailing a 10' lateen rig dinghy and other boats, but then ended up living in the mountains of Virginia for 17 years and just sailing ever other year or so. Now I'm back on the coast of Maine and am getting back into sailing and plan on cruising up and down the East Coast with my boat as a floating office. For as many years of exposure to boats as I have, I still consider myself a novice and plan on asking plenty of dumb questions . You will probably see me hovering around wooden boats wherever I go. Boat purchase in progress....

Cheers, Colin

The purchase price of a boat is just the admittance fee to the dance...you still have to spend money on the girl...so court one with something going for her with pleasing and desirable character traits others desire as well... or you could find yourself in a disillusioned relationship contemplating an expensive divorce.
