Hello Just joined. My two sons and myself have been sailing for a little over a year. Bought and old Aquarius and fixed it up and had a great summer and fall of sailing. Sold our Aquarius and bought a 77 27' O'Day which we are working on now. I have heard some good things about the O'Day and look forward to sailing her next summer.

Looking forward to gaining experiance through reading all of your posts.

Welcome to Sailnet, Ralph!

The O'day 27 should make a great cruising boat for the Chesapeake. We see them all over the Bay. You'll have some great adventures with your sons in her.
