New to SailNet & Looking for Marine Work/Race Boat Transport.

Hello,

I am a sailing professional and looking for work. The yard I work in has got very slow very quickly and racing around the Northeast is done. I have a duel wheel truck and I am looking to move boats that have trailers to Florida.

My goal is to get race sailboats that are doing Key West and other regattas to Florida. This can be just transport or a total turn key operation with transport, set-up, tune, crew, logistics, housing and sailing and did I say a ton of FUN.

I also have an Etchells 22 (E-22) USA-1179 that is for charter for the Jaguar Series. The boat is very nice and very fast and has like new North Sails. This can be straight charter or a turn key deal for an interested party.

If anyone thinks they can help me market this deal it would be much appreciated. I am also open to any type of Marine related jobs in the Northeast - I live in Milford, CT.

I can post my resume if that helps. Please advise if you think I should post in a different section or other places I should post.

Thanks,

Bear

Do you have the liability insurance that is probably necessary for towing/moving boats commercially?

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
