Hi there!

I'm a life-long sailor, but recently I've been hanging out on boat-building forums, since I developed an intense interest in wooden boats in middle age.

I've been building the traditional lapstrake, Atkin-designed "Cabin Boy" as a way to learn about wooden boats. But I suddenly won a Tom Gilmer designed "Blue Moon" on eBay.

Just to make it more interesting, the boat is in Florida -- about 2000 nm from home. Now I need to figure out a way to sail it home...

It's great to have a boat again!

Great web site. I may contact you as I am going to be rebuilding the inside of a boat.

Cheers
