Iceout is on a distinguished road
Ahoy from Green Bay

My husband Jeff and I sail our Catalina Capri 26 Revision around the beautiful bay of Green Bay, Lake Michigan's big estuary.

We write about our sails, the boat, the dog, the dock, the food, etc. at
sailinggreenbay.net

Looking forward to May launch with a new roller furler!

Skipper Mary

Hey ice - I'll take a look at your blog. Go Pack (next year).

PS - How can you have so much self control as to make this your first post in 7 years! Have you just been lurking all this time? Anyway, good to have you around.

self control?

Well, that's not something either of us are stellar at!

As for the seven years, funny how time flies. When we first logged in here we had a 14 footer, now our lovely Capri 26, so we've been busy sailing.

And yes. GO PACK. And GO SAINTS! Got a daughter living in NOLA and she said after the Viking/Saints game the streets were full of people in Viking and Saints jerseys and the Viking fans, upon meeting a Saints fan, would bow. She was mightily impressed with the good sportsmanship.

I was at the Packers/Patriots SuperBowl in Nawlins. Fantastic game. Pure joy.

Anyway, congrats on the extra 12 feet and the sailing. It's good to have you here.
