nccat30 new in town

hello everybody. I'm new to the forum. home port near Bath NC (north Creek to be exact) I can see the ICW traffic crossing the Pamlico from here. My wife and I race both sunfish and big boats (we crew on others boats) I trim main or do a half___ job on spinnaker.She runs pit We cruise a 1986 cat 30 tr. We bought her for a song last year and spent most of last summer on the refit. She's coming to gether now and we are looking forward to a busy summer. We love our fat boat she's perfect for our needs. Look forward to posting and reading posts. Later

Welcome. We passed thru Bath on a boat hunting trip back in 03-04. Beautiful and historic. We are based on the south side of the Neuse near Havelock. Dan S/V Marian Claire. Also a new member.

thanx for the message back. I have passed through your area oat shopping as well. My wife and I also race down your way. We are putting our house on the market now with the plan to move to the New bern area. We spend all our time there so the move would be a natural progression later Ken
