Hello to all and thank you. My name is Ren and sail outa Portsmouth NH. I have been crew for the last 4 years on a friends sailboat. 1969 Chris Craft (S&S Design) 32'.
I have just got my own boat a 1980 Kalik 44. This will be my project for the next couple of years as it needs the teak removed the core repaired and hull painted. Also the interior needs a face lift.
I am a self-employed Carpenter and jack of all trades. I am excited to own this project and motivated to complete to be able to join the sailing community. This forum is an excellent tool that I will be reaching for often
and hope to be as useful myself with whatever knowledge I can offer.
This is my 10th post which I believe to be a significant number and very pleased to meet you.
