Introducing myself

Hello SN community,

I have been reading posts as an anonymous visitor for a few years, so I decided to create a username and get involved. I have been sailing since about 1990 when I finished high school. I sailed from Annapolis to Newport in 2000 and did the Chicago-Mac race in 2002. My wife and I have had our current boat since 2003. It is a CS 36 Merlin. We bought it when we lived in Puerto Rico and sailed it to the Chesapeake.

I love sailing and look forward to getting to know the SN community.

Matt

Let me be the first to welcome you to sailnet. Sailing from Puerto Rico to the Chesapeake must have been an amazing trip. I for one would love to hear more about it.
