Hello all!

I am a long time boater and sportfishing fanatic from Florida. I have recently decided to pursue an old dream and submit myself to the hazards of joys sailing. I am not totally new to sailboats but I have never owned one either. I know the basics and have crewed a few FL-Bahamas-FL week long trips back in the day.

I am especially interested in a long, lazy circumnavigation in a couple of years. I have a long way to go to get to that point and ALOT to learn.

Anyway, I am hot and bothered to get underway and I look forward to making new friends here along the way!
