Hola from West Palm Beach, Florida

Hi eveyone,

I just thought I would say hi to all you sailors and even the ones pondering living the life of owning a boat. I am a long time reader and so I thought I would finally join in on some of the chats. I work as a professional marine surveyor in south Florida and in the Caribbean. I am a member of SAMS (The Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors) and have affiliations with ABYC and the NFPA. I am a graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship (yacht and small craft and damage claim survey courses). I am also an ex coastie and have a ton of stories to tell about my experiences there. I'll chime in on some subjects as I see them come up on the forums. I also have a ton of liveaboard experience so I tend to love to jump in on those kinds of subjects as well. I'll be chatting with everyone soon. Be well.
