Why Hello There World's Largest Online Sailing Community

I'm the Danny of a Dan and Danny crew on a Cascade 36. I'm fairly new to sailing (was introduced less than a year ago), but am learning the ropes rather quickly. I'm young, obstinate, and eager to learn.

I've thrown myself into the sailing world by fixing up and cruising from Long Beach down to Puerto Vallarta. We've had a great cruise so far, meeting multitudes of amazing travelers, and riding the Pacific's fair winds. At the moment we're refitting the boat for the Pacific puddle jump over to the Marquesas.

After lurking around several sailing forums, I've always found this one to garnish the most helpful and most detailed posts and have finally decided to join.
