StinkBug is on a distinguished road
New member, lifetime sailor

Hello everyone. I've pretty much been on the water my entire life, and come from a family of sailboat lovers. My grandmother started taking me on the family Sunfish when I was just a couple years old, and started teaching me how to sail. By age 8 I was allowed to sail it on my own. During the summers I was always enrolled in sailing classes starting with Optimists from 10-13, and moving into 420s and eventually doing some racing aboard J24s. I've also sailed numerous rental boats of various sizes up to around 42'.

I recently got hooked again and picked up a Capri 13 and will be picking up a Cyclone this weekend for my girlfriend to learn on. I'm a huge fan of small fast dinghys. Hopefully I'll see some of you on the water some time soon.

Dallas
