Newbie in MN

Hello all,

After reading many posts as a new sailor I decided to join the forum. I live in the Mpls burbs and just purchased a West Wight Potter 19. With the good weather here lately I have had a change to sail her already and plan to do so again this weekend - what a great new hobby! Hope to continue to learn from you all as well as share ideas and stories.

Cheers!

Steve

Welcome to SailNet! I am in Richfield myself and I belong to a boat club on Minnetonka so I sail there primarily. Its through the sailing school I used there, Northern Breezes. Drop me a line sometime. Nice to have another Metro area sailor on here. Where do you take your boat?
