hello again and HELP

ahoy; its been some time , but im back. and I neeed help; I am making passage from the Long Island Sound through Hell Gate this Sunday the 31st of Oct. High tide is at 6 am and 630 pm at Throgs Neck. It will be high tide at The Battery 3 hours earlier....what is my "window' for passage through...?Remember, I am heading FROM Throgs neck TO The Battery.
Thanks a bunch for your expected help...(i am pretty sure I know the answer, just need confirmation)...

Ideally you will pass through Hell Gate at slack water there. Check the current tables. While you want a favorable current (falling tide in your case), you particularly want slack water at the Gate, to avoid rips and eddies.
