Looking for a Sailboat Trade for my Waterfront Home

I am wanting to trade my waterfront home in the yucatan that I have owned for 9 years now for a sailboat 46' or larger - preferably in Florida where my other home is or the Southeast US. If anyone is interested please see my beach house on 1.5 acres at oceanfront dash beachhouse dot com
