"Namaste"

I am 66 and a mostly retired freelance photojournalist living in SW Florida.
Began my sailing days on small class boats in Michigan with dreams of faraway
lands.
Since moving to SW Florida over 30 yrs ago, I have not given up on those dreams and now own a vessel large enough to accomplish the journeys.

I have been doing all my own refurbishing/maintaince (getting to know every inch of her) and need all the help I can get.

I am currently cruising the Gulf Coast of Florida with aspirations of the Caribbean.

She is a Watkins 27. Very seaworthy.

Sounds good, keep us posted. If you are careful, study and plan, you surely can sail her through the Caribbean.
