Hello!
I just joined and had a couple of questions please.
1.) I want to sail a catamaran from Hualtuco, Mexico south to the Panama Canal, transit the canal, and sail north skirting the coast to Houston.
Is the coast of Mexico considered safe given the amount of drug related problems?
Can I skirt the Central American coast sailing north and east given the trade winds?
