sailonont is on a distinguished road
learning to repair boats

Hello,

I am a life time sailor (30 years) and have just started rebuilding boats. I found a late 60 H&H shark that had been left to die. I completely gutted the boat and rebuilt it. To my surprise it was rather easy just tight spaces for a 6' guy to fit, but it sails straight and fast now. I am looking now at a northern 37 ketch that needs work. Has anyone worked on one that can give me some insight into common problems with them. I believe they were made by Hugh out of Sarnia Ontario Canada but not sure. Any information on these boats would be great.

If it is the one in Kingston, you've got your work cut out for you.
