Welcome aboard. Try going over to Lake Wawasee, by the public ramp. (Been 6 years since I was there and there was talk of changes, so this might not be accurate.) There was a marina next to it where most of the sailboats are at. Also, if you follow around the lake, going left out of the public ramp, there's a "yacht club" a mile or so up the road with sailboats.
Been ages since I was at Coldwater Lake, but might be another place to try.
