Info on crew positions needed

I am very interested in crewing a boat for a chance to see different parts of the world. I have only sailed a few times but im eager to learn, and I learn best by doing things. I am tired of the day to day school learning and think getting out and experiencing something is the best learning. I am extremely serious about finding something so if anyone could give me some info or contacts i would appreciate it greatly.
