Hello from San Francisco

Hi Sailnet,

New member here, although I've been reading for a while. Wanted to say hello to you all, my girlfriend and I bought a 40' ketch last November and are trying to get her blue water worthy. We're hoping to get some coastal cruising under our keel this summer and try something more distant next year.

Nice to meet you all in advance, and happy sailing.

Cheers,
h

Well if you are on the bay. You are in a good spot to prepare you for the ocean. Although it is not the same, itīs a good start.........i2f
