Hello from Mallorca
My name is François , I am living in Mallorca since 1991. I sail with my old but strong Dufour 31 (1975) . Before 91, I was living and sailing in Geneva Area.
Spring 2009, I was in search of a winch-handle for an ancient winch Barbarossa and my researches were vain.So I did one myself.
And thinking about all the persons that had the same problem, I've created a little enterprise dedicated to hand-made winch-handle for old models of winches Lewmar,Barbarossa,Barient,Gibb,etc.
And , step by step, I added winch-handles customizables at the name of the boat ( for actual and old winches) .And some by-products.
I would like to spread this information about this activity,because they are a lot of sailboats'owner with the same problem.
I don't give the link to my webpage now , because I don't know if it's allowed in this forum.
