Hi, I am not a sailor although I love cruising. I am however a writer writing a novel about British Columbia. It takes place in 1845. I need information about sailing through the Inside Passage. My characters are sailing from around the Skeena River to Vancouver Island. They are sailing a Russian trading ship and stopping to trade in the islands with the first nation people.
I need some expert help. I have searched for information and cannot find a thing. Hope you can help.
