Question Hello, looking for a new boat

Hi
I used to own a c@c 35 mk3 and am now looking for a 40+ 3 cabin not older than 2000 and no more than 250k. Thinking Jeanneau 45. Any comments or suggestions? I will be sailing with wife and 2 toddlers in the Gulf and San Juan islands in the PNW.

We have a Hunter 54 we just finished restoring available. The speed of a ULDB, the space of a 45 footer and maneuverability of a forty footer in one package. Dual headsail, manageable sailplan and capable of 20+ offwind. Under 100K....
