Help ID my boat!

Hey gang just registered here after trolling around for a bit picking up good info. Last year I was given, yes given a sail boat and to this day I don't know who makes it what year is is or how much its worth.

I've done some work to her and currently fixing a sizable leak in the hull. Bilge will fill up in 6 hours sized leak. For that reason its pulled out of the water when not used on a marine railway.

I use it at the cottage up here near Toronto and winds are almost always under 25 km/h. For this reason I have been looking into a genoa 150 to grab more wind. Thoughts?

Yes had them with extras. They were about to go for a swim being less the 100 feet from shore.
