What the hell did I just do!?!?

I've been a member here for a while, though I haven't been very active.

In 2006 My GF and I bought a pearson 424. It was a good boat and I did a lot of work on it to make it 'better'

But man oh man was it a money pit, and I decided I'd never do that again!

Then, like a frikken IDIOT I typed 'sailboat' in craigslist.

The PO tore everything apart and started a refit, and then passed away.

SO I have a basically empty hull, and a MASSIVE amount of stuff, including nearly 1k watts of solar panels. All new SS portlights and hatches, new stove, new fridge and a low hours Yanmar.

But it's all out of the boat. Well, except the Yanmar.

And the boat is a 1938 steel ketch. With wood masts. ANd the mizzen has dry rot.

So, um...

I'm gonna be asking a LOT of questions!

Ouch! Hope the main beam doesn't have the inscription, "Abandon hope all ye who enter here", grin. This should be a great test of project management and relationship skills.

Well, ya gotta love that stern arch. You could make that into a treehouse for the kiddies.
