Intro from Toronto

We've been sailing from 2002 to 2007 when we sold our 1990 Catalina 30'. We very much enjoyed the sailing, but sold the boat to pay for renovations. Now the renovations are complete....and we'd like to get a boat again....well, when the money comes.
We sailed out of Toronto, Bluffer's park.
We're looking for another boat, and any suggestions are welcome.
