New boat owner in SoCal

Hello all,

My name is Savi and I have just been gifted a hand-me-down Cal 20 sailboat! She needs lots of cosmetic work, but the sails and mast are looking good. I can't wait to put her in the water of beautiful San Diego!! As of now I have been lucky to have friends that know how to restore boats, but I may be asking the board for lots of help and suggestions.

First question, the hull is fiberglass and I will be putting a new coat of paint on it. What type of paint do you recommend? What kind of sealent must I put on it?
