New to Sailnet

Hi All,

I'm new to sailnet.

I've been sailing for the last seven years or so, racing and cruising, on Lake Ontario aboard s/v Peas & Carrots, a 2005 First 40.7.

Can't believe it's taken me this long to find this great site!

Vince

Hi Vince,

Welcome to Sailnet! I've just joined recently too. Have found nothing but encouragement and good exchange here.

I see you're from the same area as Paul & Sheryl Shard (sailing movie makers). Ever heard one of their lectures?

Hi Cruising Kitty,

Nope, can't say that I've listened to one of their lectures, although I'm sure their adventures are quite exciting.

I do remember seeing their Distant Shores along our work wall a few years ago...
