Hello from the Far East

Hi all,

I am a newb here at sailnet and I'm looking forward to learning a lot from this forum. My previous sailing experience is with a hobie cat, and I am presently looking at a used 35 footer monohaul to purchase.
I know there are differences between the monohauls and the cats, and if things go well I'm planning to enroll in a sailing school to get me started on the right foot. I'm also hoping to get some valuable inputs from the senior members of the forum.

Yes its the FAR EAST , as in "Asia".
