Hello from Southeastern Massachussetts

Hello sailors!

Newbie here that just moved to Fairhaven, MA and am looking to get into sailing. I have been taking boating safety classes over at the Coastguard Auxiliary and next year hope to take classes over at the New Bedford Community Boating club.

I have been looking at boats off and on and recently stumbled upon an O'Day 27 that is cheap enough for me but most likely will need some work...not sure if I should go even look at it but we'll see..

I am excited to keep learning more and will browse these threads to learn as much as I can. Very excited to be a member of this community!
