Costa Rica Bound

I am looking for a luxury class 60 to 80 ft sailing vessel to do sailing charters in Costa Rica on the west coast. The charters will tie into fund raisers for reforestation projects. The end goals is to build a resort with bungalows and a health spa that caters to high profile clientel. I have 20 years experience sailing around the Hawaiian Islands with a couple of trans pac crossings. I have been through 25' seas and sailed through the tail end of a hurricane...I have also sat in dead calm seas for 2 weeks without casualties...To many details to get into here. This is a great opportunity for the right investors to get into the carbon market and live in a special place.
