Two new sailors

Hello 26ers,

My wife and I just bought a Pearson 26 1973 hull no. 689 built on our wedding month and year of our wedding May, 73. We have taken sailing lessons from a certified instructor this summer and the owner of our boat, "Balance" has offered take us out on our first few runs. Any members around the Great Bay area in Portsmouth , New Hampshire?? Would like to meet you.

Happy Day
Don and Jill

Don and Jill,

Welcome to the asylum! I haven't been to Great Bay but I hear from a smoke-potter friend that it is an interesting place to sail out of. He have sailed to Isle of Shoals once but primarily sail Saco and north. Maybe we'll cross paths some time!
